Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will receive its final major content update on October 27 across all platforms. The update adds New Game Plus, a new Nightmare difficulty, expanded takedown animations, and new rewards, giving players more ways to revisit Edward Kenway’s adventure.
New Game Plus and Nightmare Difficulty
New Game Plus lets players restart the campaign while keeping everything they earned and collected during their previous playthrough. The mode supports up to New Game Plus 5 and includes exclusive rewards to unlock along the way.
The update also introduces Nightmare difficulty, which makes enemies and ships more dangerous. Players can combine this new difficulty with New Game Plus for an even tougher challenge.
New Takedown Animations and Rewards
Edward will have access to an expanded set of takedown animations, adding more variety to his finishing moves regardless of the selected difficulty.
The update also introduces new Easter eggs and a range of additional rewards, including:
- Community-inspired trinkets.
- New outfits and sails.
- New pet cat skins.
- Exclusive New Game Plus rewards.
Final Major Content Update
Since the game’s release, Ubisoft Singapore has delivered several updates featuring quality-of-life improvements, hidden secrets, and smaller additions, including a mission to rescue a stranded dog.
The October 27 update marks the end of major content releases for Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. It will be available on all platforms.
