Beyond driving, players must manage tyre wear and temperature, make pit stops and avoid track-limit violations. Vehicle damage and stewards are also part of the racing system.

The game includes 11 circuits with varied layouts and environments, ranging from a harbour and desert canyon to a neon-lit city, a banked speedway and coastal dunes. One track features a figure-eight layout that crosses itself on a bridge.

Players can create championship calendars, compete in time trials against their own ghost and review races through replays.

🛜Online and LAN Multiplayer

Corner Cutters supports online and LAN multiplayer for up to 16 players. AI-controlled cars can fill the remaining grid positions, allowing races to accommodate up to 20 vehicles.
