Forza Horizon 6 is celebrating British engineering with the launch of its new British Automotive series, introducing a permanent Drift Attack feature, new cars, special events, and fresh rewards for players exploring Horizon Japan.
Drift Attack Arrives as a Permanent Feature
The biggest addition is Drift Attack, a new open-world competition located at the Shimanoyama Circuit. Players must complete laps while maximizing their drift score, with special Clipping Zones providing bonus points. Leaderboards allow players to compete against Convoys and other players for the highest scores.
Completing Drift Attack also unlocks exclusive rewards, including the new 1990 Jaguar XJ-S Forza Edition, while the standard version of the car has been permanently added to the Autoshow.
British Cars Take Over Horizon Japan
The British Automotive Festival Playlist adds 10 reward cars, including three new-to-Horizon vehicles: the 2025 Bentley Continental GT Speed, 2019 Ginetta G40 Junior, and 2006 Vauxhall Astra VXR. Players can also earn returning favorites such as the Jaguar XKR-S GT, Lotus Esprit V8, MINI John Cooper Works GP, and Lotus Emira.
Update Also Improves the Game
The latest update brings several fixes and improvements, including corrected wheel placement, separate audio and subtitle language settings, better character rendering at lower PC settings, and an adjustment designed to improve car rendering quality for players using the High graphics preset on PC.
The British Automotive series begins September 10 and runs through October 8, giving players several weeks of new British-themed events, cars, collectibles, and rewards to discover across Horizon Japan.
