Astragon and developer Simteract revealed during IGN Live that Bus Simulator 27
launches on September 8, 2026 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The new
Coach Bus Journey Trailer showcases the series' first-ever
long-distance routes with officially licensed coaches. Pre-orders are
available now across all platforms.
Long-Distance Driving Comes to Felicia Bay
For the first time in the franchise, players can tackle extended intercity routes spanning the entire fictional region of Felicia Bay – a southern European locale packed with coastlines, beaches, small villages, and two cities. Three newly licensed coach buses join the lineup:
- Mercedes-Benz Tourismo
- Scania Irizar i8
- MAN Lion's Coach
These coaches let players connect city routes with much longer hauls, expanding well beyond traditional urban bus driving.
Editions, Season Pass, and Pre-Order Bonus
A Year 1 Edition will be available alongside the Standard Edition. The Year 1 Season Pass includes:
- The Mercedes-Benz Intouro (another licensed coach)
- Additional Bus Packs and Cosmetic Packs
- A major FlixBus Expansion arriving later in Year 1
Pre-ordering any edition unlocks the Deluxe Pack as a bonus, which adds the HESS lighTram 12 Plug, the Alexander Dennis Enviro 100EV, and four exclusive bus skins.
