NASCAR and iRacing Studios have revealed the first gameplay details for NASCAR 26, confirming that the racing simulator will launch on September 18 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Pre-orders are now available, with Kyle Larson featured as the cover driver. Built in collaboration with NASCAR, NASCAR 26 continues the franchise's focus on simulation with new gameplay systems, improved visuals, and expanded modes. The game will once again include the NASCAR Cup Series, O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and ARCA Menards Series, featuring real drivers from each championship.

Dynamic Tracks and Gameplay Improvements

The biggest addition is a new dynamic track system that evolves throughout each race weekend. The game also introduces an improved driving model, updated tire and braking systems, better AI, enhanced force feedback calibration, and a new particle system for smoke, debris, and rubber buildup.

Visual improvements include upgraded graphics, dynamic lighting, improved skies, and enhanced replay cameras.

New Modes and Features

NASCAR 26 expands its career mode with a new facilities system and team upgrades, while also adding a standalone The Chase mode, a training mode, and cross-platform multiplayer.
