PES3013 manages two separate databases, one for Libertadores Cup teams and one for the other teams. Edit mode affects only the database of the other teams and does not affect the database Copa Libertadores, so if for example Neymar is edited, the change applies to the Santos FC of Brasileirao league and Brazil team, but not apply for Santos FC in the Copa Libertadores.
A way to play the Libertadores teams in exhibition mode is to merge the databases, and then adding the Libertadores teams to a league, for example in "OTHER".
To apply the patch download and replace the files in dt0f.img. Tested on PES2013 1.03 DLC4.0.
