iL Diavolo's update for FIFA 15

- Updated squads (2017.07.16)
- Updated player contracts
- Updated "Recently Arrived" messages
- Overall drops fixed for almost all players
- CPU Transfers disabled. (Only you can buy/sell players)
- Realistic player fees
- Board financial strictness changed to 100%
(That means you will take all money after you sell player)
HOW TO INSTALL?
1. Copy all files to you main FIFA 15 folder. (Overwrite all)
2. Install ModdingWayInstaller.exe
3. Go to Creation Master 15 -> Open FIFA 15
4. Click on Tools -> Regenerate BH
5. And the last thing is launching your FIFA 15!

Note:
Career Mode is starting from 2015 to make
only this summer's transfers "Recently arrived".
I'm sorry for that.
How to UNINSTALL?
Go to ModdingWay Selector and Select the latest database from a list.
Then regenerate again.
