I have been trying to find solution to this error and at last found it.
This patch fixes August 10-11 and December 15 crashes

There was issues with promoted 3 team. So I've removed them.
You can promote them before you start a new career. It won't crash.
Frosinone <-> Cagliari
Hellas Verona <-> Pescara
Carpi <-> Crotone
*WHEN YOU START A NEW CAREER BE SURE TO RESET SQUADS AND THEN SELECT DEFAUL SQUADS BEFORE YOU START.
TRY REGENERATING IF NOT WORKS!
