Bei 'Verein bearbeiten' Nur noch den Verein das Stadion Als Heimstadion auswählen!

ST_EXPORT##.bin to you PES2012 save-Folder

in the Ingame Editor on 'import' -> 'Stadium' -> and choose the stadium

on 'Team edit' choose your homestadium
