It’s happening again. EA Sports has announced that Title Update 16.5 will address the recurring matchmaking issues affecting Clubs in EA Sports FC 26. The problem first appeared with Title Update 16 and has made it difficult for some squads to find matches.
Title Update 16.5 Addresses Clubs Issues
According to EA Sports, the original problem appeared after Title Update 16 was released. The team attempted to resolve it with an emergency Title Update 16.1, but final testing revealed an additional bug that could have created further problems. As a result, EA delayed the release while taking extra precautions and continued working on a more reliable solution. The fix will now arrive as part of Title Update 16.5.
Archetype Progression Grant Confirmed
Once the update is live, all players will receive an Archetype progression grant as compensation for the Club's matchmaking issues.
As always, if you use mods, we recommend waiting to update the
game until a version of your mod that is compatible with the new patch
is released. This will ensure you can continue playing without
compatibility issues.
