Mbaye Phenoms and 90+ Icon or Hero SBC arrives to Ultimate Team. Are they worth it?

Mbaye looks like a solid card for the price, with great pace, smooth dribbling, strong physical stats, and four PlayStyle+ traits. The problem is that we're so late into the Ultimate Team cycle that a 94 OVR with 4★ Skills, 4★ Weak Foot, and decent—but not outstanding—shooting just doesn't feel exciting. Most players already have better options, making this SBC an easy skip for many.
