Cora Zicai is a decent card, but this SBC doesn't offer enough to stand out. With better alternatives available through Evolutions, particularly Hadj Moussa and Nusa, we don't see much reason to spend valuable fodder on her unless you're building a Wolfsburg-themed squad or collecting cards.
