Rodrigo Mora is quicker and more agile, but Pedro has fewer weaknesses and can contribute in more situations.
However, the nearly 20,000 Coins cost makes this SBC difficult to recommend. The cards themselves are good, but the requirements are simply too expensive for what you're getting.
