First, you must have Japanesse Commentary Full in Pro Evolution Soccer "Data" Folder (dt41_jpn.cpk & dt43_jpn.cpk).....
Extract the .rar "jpn_aftergoal_byRhud93" & Place the "jpn_aftergoal.cpk" file to your PES2015 instalation "download" folder (Program File C:/Pro Evolution Soccer 2015/download/*)
open your DPFileList.bin file, then add this .cpk name,, or use cpk generator tools.
