Universal Portrait Project v2.2

Current Version: v2.1

If anyone is familiar with utp1985's Portrait File, this is a continuation of that portrait file made compatible with the Universal Cyberface ID List. All mods that comply with the Universal Cyberface ID List will be compatible with this project. I used utp1985's smiling portraits as a base, all credits go to him.

This is also the OFFICIAL Portrait Project for PBA 2K14 by Pinoy 2K Modders and the next update for FIBA 2K14 by the FIBA 2K Team
