adds in game remaining uniforms(12) for Asian teams
How to:
1. install "PES15 fROYO rev.1" patch in your main pes folder (main - means the folder that contains pes2015.exe file)
If you did it correct you'll find in your "download folder" (...Pro Evolution Soccer 2015download) files Data.cpk and updated DpFileList.bin
2. Copy files from "download folder" (from addon) to your pes "download folder" with replacing.
so,
now you have all missing uniform for National teams in game.
for Europe, Africa, The Americas (North & South), Asia/Oceania
as well as,
for Premier League, SkyBET Championship, Portugal League, Serie A, for Bundesliga.
Serie B equipped with nine.
as soon as it'll be possible this deficiency will also be filled.

if you have some problems, check your EDIT.bin, maybe, you've lost it during installation (means System refused to update it, because you are not the Admin ..etc). Sometimes it possibe if you use old Windows version. The same history possible with DpFileList.bin as well, but less likely.
I'm not claiming, just predicting like the one of the possible variants
and please be attentive when you change DpFileList.bin in hex editor
