This spalding ball is a great example for use if you want your NBA 2K14 to be like next-gen. It's not mine, it's by michaelvlutz49. I give him a huge sack of credits for making a great ball example for NBA 2K14 and this mod is originally titled: NBA Basketball Shader Effect Mod. (I'm not saying it's exactly like NBA 2K14 Next-Gen Ball mod, it's like an example). ; Just to let you know, you need an ENB that would make the color end up like this. Sorry.
