MOD DESCRIPTION

This is a new graphics enhancer for NBA 2k14.

I created something that would look realistic and blended a little next-gen effect to it.

I also created another one which really mimics the next-gen effect but I probably won't release it to public due to the overflowing number of next-gen effect enbs
