No Replay Player Indicator Mod

This is originally michaelvlutz49's red, white & blue net mod with icons but i removed the replay player indicator...
which is good especially if you're recording game replay videos..
Note: Only the RED REPLAY player indicator was removed, not the BLUE player indicator during the game.
