People are getting tired of Next Gen CFs, and I've been working on this for a couple of days,
so i decided this would be my last NG cyberface.
New Things:
-New Beard Texture
-New Skin Color
-Slightly Repositioned Headband
Head Shape and Base to

Reason for low quality screens:
-Due to my low end and slow PC (Not slow, but an acceptable speed)
-NBA 2k14 will only run just fine at 640x480 - 720x480 on my PC
