This NBA 2K13 patch adds a new custom hq full sleeve arm tattoos for My Career mode. To install, extract files into NBA 2K13 game/root folder and replace the original files. After that, Open NBA 2K13, then go to "MyPlayer" > "Edit MyPlayer" > Adjust Skin Tone to see tattoos. Hope you guys like it. Thank You!
