Relink banner

How to use :

Run tool
Goto File/Open : open your "unnamed_1825.bin" (you can find it in "dt0f.img")
Choose team & net style color
Apply
File/Save when completed

Note :

Only netstyle relink , banner relink function not arivable
Goalnet style is storaged in "unnamed_57.bin" of "dt07.img"
