Career mode is called The Way Back. A.I., your character, is a young gun who thinks he’s ready for the NBA action. But after a big disappointment of being at the NBA draft, he heads to China to improve his game. No real-world Chinese Basketball Association is featured in the game so do not expect the Chinese League in game.
2K said that players now “earn a lot more VC and a lot quicker due to a ton more opportunities to earn stuff,” such as playing MyCareer games, signing endorsement deals and other activities. This applies to the mode itself as well as its online hub, The Neighborhood ( check out video in other post )
NBA 2K19 launches Sept. 11 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC and Xbox One, with the 20th Anniversary Edition rolling out four days earlier on Sept. 7.
