FIFA_14_BCP_3.1_with_MWInstaller

OK, basically this is Beta990/992's Better Career Patch v3.1, which is his very latest release. For more information about the full patch see here: http://www.soccergaming.com/forums/showt...p?t=187602

Now what I have done is repack practically the entire patch (minus the rna.ini file which stops the sliders working in game and can be downloaded or created separately as it doesn't require installing or injecting in anyway, should you feel the need for fast start, no language selector and various other bits as can be read in the link above). 
I have basically unpacked all the files then created an injector and list for the latest ModdingWayInstaller, added the installer, list and files together and created a self extracting package, all inclusive. Edit: (removed self extacting exe file replaced with zip file for site security policies. The original self extracting file is available via the MW forums).

In short, download the following (link below), double click to run the extractor and point it to your FIFA 14 directory (no sub-folder, just the main FIFA 14 install location), hit next and overwrite if prompted. Once done, go to your game installation and simply run the ModdingWayInstaller the way you always do when you update the MW Mod. No further regeneration or 3rd party programs are required.

Backwards compatible with ModdingWayMod versions 1.7.1 and 1.8.0 (and I am assuming all previous & future releases as this patch does NOT alter/delete/overwrite any of the files from the MW mod).

General Decription:

Game
- Fast game boot! (No language select, etc.)(removed fast game boot as it resides in the rna.ini, nulifying the in game sliders, you can easily add one again should you wish to but you will lose the use of the sliders)

- Added some speedups to let the game run smoother on high hardware

- All (unlicensed) footballs available!
- All player celebrations available!
- Enabled & tweaked player moves and camera's!
- Less (unneeded) scenes to speedup the gameplay (substitutions, etc.)
- Harder and more realistic AI/CPU! (Less differences between low/high teams, more rewarding gameplay)
- More realistic fitness model (can be tweaked to your own needs)
- More clubs will be taken over by a company
- Reduced max. players in squad to prevent crashing career mode
- Less player retirement
.. and more changes/improvements.

Scouting
- Increased find player age range: 12-18
- Better scouting, why wouldn't a left back have any tricks/speed?
- Scouting reports longer expire time
- Improvements in (global) scouting (get more info from scouted players, better scout results, etc.)

Transfers
- Less top-player movement
- Higher player values (Suarez moved to Barca for 66 Million!)
- More club activities, almost every club will take a look at the transfer marked (loan/list players)
- More realistic league rankings
- More clubs will bid on your players
- Short loan increased to 5 months instead of 3
- Teams will take better look at players, before buying and visa versa
- A player will stay longer at a club and will try to move to a club if better than current
- Low teams will have to be smart, they can't longer sign high salary players
- More activities from foreign clubs

Player Growth
- More players will grow during season (even in CPU/AI teams depending on their match ratings).
- More focus on youth player growth (young playes below 24 will see their physical stats improve while older players will get more technical and mental skill growth).
- Keepers will now grow correctly, just like their outfield team mates.
- Slower negative growth for older players.
