NOW LOOK FOR WHERE IT SAYS : SHOW HIDDEN FILES, AND FOLDERS, AND DRIVES: SELECT THAT AND CLICK OK TO CLOSE

GO BACK TO START CLICK YOUR USER NAME ABOVE DOCUMENTS YOU SHOULD NOW SEE A FOLDER CALLED APPDATA

FOR XP  USERS THE FOLDER SHOULD SAY APPLICATION DATA , NOW GO IN THAT FOLDER NOW  IN THE SEARCH BOX TYPE NBA 2K13

NOW GO IN THE  FOLDER THAT READS "NBA 2K13" EXACTLY - GO TO SAVE FOLDER THIS FOLDER CONTAINS YOUR  GAME SETTINGS 

AND GAMES LIDERS FILES  AS WELL AS YOUR CONFIG FILES ARE IN THIS FOLDER

 

Update: charges are also easier to achieve. what would an nba game be with charges being called? football with basketball rims

you got skill uh ok prove it step up to reality, and in reality you get blocked so work on your game more

mid range shooting is fair layups are harder but not that hard dunks pretty much the same. but its harder to get and 1's but

contact shots are still makeable 

we don't want the score to be too much where you find it easy to score like i don't 50 to 90 points almost every game (o_o)

and that gets lame after a while it's too freakin easy.

nba players don't constantly score you guys know this even kobe misses sometimes yes the black mamba the best scorer in the game Go lakers.

steal are harder but u can still strip big men down in the post while they try to make there move

but not over and over again so watch the fouls enjoy
