I present to you my new tool: WEARC Explorer
It's a tool that can be used to open the new KONAMI file types "WARC", and export or import content from/to them.
 
I started making this tool as soon as I downloaded the new DLC, but, had I known that Omar Ahmed was making the tool, I wouldn't create this :P Anyway....
 
How to use:
Open WARC file (like dt0f.img from 11/10/2012 DLC).
