Select your favourite team at the beginning of the Career.

Instructions for Team Selector by GIL! - F1 2012 the GAME
 
1: Extract TeamSelector (folder) & TEAM SELECTOR.bat in F1 2012 Folder 
(Where there is F1_2012.exe)
2: Run TEAM Selector and follow the instructions.
 
VERY IMPORTANT : NB. When you use this tool Profile will get corrupted and you have to restart career mode. Use it at your own risk. 
Tool has NOT Been tested for all teams, but 99 % it will work.
