Be a Player Manager

These 2 little files will allow you to; edit a player's stats in player career (not your own), edit your current team's team sheet (formation and add more sheets!), manage contracts, manage youth scouts and youth academy, manage finance allocation and even team management in a match!

All you need to do is install the mod by dragging and dropping the contents of the ZIP file into your FIFA 16 folder and regenerating using your favourite tool.

To use the mod, head over to your player career and Voila!

• Due to limitations, the team managment usually on the front page is now in the office tab and looks like a big blank tile with "Club squad" as it's title, it works perfectly just looks awful. I can't fix this.
• I've also added a sim match option in the office to to replace the redundant extra settings tab. Perfect when you want your player to play, but you dont want to.
• National team call ups, international job offers and redundant my career tab have been removed, because the don't work, will lock your game or are pointless.
• Selling, loaning, buying players does not work, you don't have any actions for them. I am trying to get this working, but I doubt I ever will.
• Training has now been opened up for the whole team, so you can train like a manager including yourself.
• Be a Pro now allows team management during a match.

To manage the team in player career, instead of using the team management tab like you would in kick off, select the trainer tab instead. Bear in mind, you'll be fighting the computer with subs. What I mean by this is the CPU manager will still make subs, so you may have to be dilligent when a player gets injured or they decided to switch to a 4-4-2 formation and play a CDM up front or when taking off an injured player.

If you don't want the CPU to mess your team selection up, create new team sheets rather than editing the existing one as the CPU will only manage the default team sheet. This means you can have a team sheet for reserves or just edit the formation of the existing default sheet like swapping Chelsea from a 5-2-3 to a 4-1-4-1 and letting the CPU deal with player selection. This comes with the added bonus of allowing you to chose you position without changing your actual position, so as a CAM you can play as a LM or RWB or even GK if you're mad enough.
