FIX GAME STARTING ISSUES AND NOW GAME PROPERLY START.
Apparently the tool don't work with many game version
on both with many windows settings combination.
Not for me but a lot of users contact me because unable to start game through
Frosty Editor and Mod Manager, and so unable to run modded game.
The problem is related to Win SO interface with BCryptEncrypt function and ActivationUI.exe.
Atm you can use this interim unofficial fix until the official Frosty update will be out.

HOW TO INSTALL FIX
- Extract *.rar archive in a folder
- Copy bcrypt.dll and overwrite in:
  \FrostyEditor_v1.0.3alpha2\ThirdParty\
  \FrostyModManager_v1.0.3alpha\ThirdParty\
- Unblock bcrypt.dll in Windows file property (read below)

USEFUL TIPS (also valid in the future - when will be out Frosty update 1.0.4 or 1.03alpha3):
When you downloaded a file/rar etc to avoid Win security warnings,
especially for Win 10 users, because this security is much more aggressive,
anyway follow some tips below and enjoy:
delete your Frosty Editor and Mod Manager folders
If you have original Frosty rar compressed archive ok, otherwise:
download again Editor and Mod Manager archives, don't extract files now
Do this in every archive:
To "unblock" all files/dll inside rar or zip archive, right-click it in Windows Explorer,
choose Properties from the context menu, click the Unblock button in the lower right-hand corner
of the resulting dialog, and hit OK or Apply.
Now decompress the two rar archives. Done. All files has been unblocked.
If you don't use my method you must unblock individually every dll/exe, etc especially in \Frosty\ThirdParty

A final tip: never run the main FIFA17.exe with admin rights, so disable if applyed (check out).
Personally I always run modded game in offline mode, completely disconnected from lan or wifi.
Also Disable Origin in game and game profile synchronization: the base in fifa modding.
In this way you can avoid a lot of game starting issue (modded start).

If you are not a modder and you want only enjoy FIFA 17 Amazing Frosty Mods,
I suggest you to download only FrostyModManager and you are able to load mods and start modded game.
The use is very easy, anyway require attention, check my Frosty Mod Pack 1.0 with useful info.

Visual C++ 2017 redistributable

Select your SO language before you download.
Delete manually the \FIFA 17\ModData folder created before you apply fix.
Start Frosty AS ADMIN. So re-apply mods and Lauch.
