NBA 2K12 Missing Legends v2.2 fix

THIS UPDATE INCLUDES THE NEW CYBERFACE FOR REGGIE MILLER

Changelog v2.2 Fix:

- Now has proper cyberface for Reggie Miller by MGX converted to NBA 2K12 by me (slave_pageant)

what to see in v2.3

-Proper Cyberfaces from NBA 2K10/2K11 (may take some time and could be released on later updates)

-new portraits for Allen Iverson, Yao Ming, Stephon Marbury, and Larry Hughes now added (already done so stay tuned for the upload)

-all-star teams in roster file included (80's, 90's 2000's, 2010's all-stars by Zander1980 in 2K share/fixes for cyberfaces are done by me slave_pageant)

-NBA coaches team by ako sii peter included in roster file
